Come Liberate Your Body
These sessions are trauma-responsive, queer, trans, and neurodivergent-affirming and designed to help you expand into your fullest erotic aliveness.
How to get started?
1:1 Virtual Somatic Sex Education Sessions

You might be here because...
✺ You feel disconnected from your body, desire or pleasure.
✺ You're really good at tuning into what everyone else needs, but struggle to hear yourself.
✺ Receiving feels vulnerable, uncomfortable or even impossible.
✺ You're unlearning people-pleasing, performance, shame or ways of surviving that once protected you but no longer feel supportive.
✺ You want to explore your sexuality, gender, kink or erotic self in a space where you don't have to explain or defend who you are.
✺ Your body is changing and you want your relationship with pleasure to be allowed to change, too.
✺ You want intimacy to feel less like something you perform and more like somewhere you can actually be.
Or maybe...
you can't quite name what you're longing for yet.
Not knowing can be a beautiful place to begin.

In our time together, I found power, hope and fun. It isn’t too late for me! These days I ask myself, "How much pleasure is possible here?" I find myself caressing tree buds and playing with my babies more. Erotic energy integrates into everything now.
-Pleasure Breakthrough Participant 2026
I can not recommend this container space with Che enough. The way they allowed my definitions and ideas of pleasure to melt, morph, shape shift, expand, deepen, and widen in ways I never even imagined, has truly helped me rebuild my relationship with myself (my cells, my waters, my spirit). I don't know if I have ever felt more safely seen and held in all my rawness.

This Isn't About Fixing Your Body
I don't believe your body is a problem to solve.
I believe it is a relationship to tend.
An ecosystem to listen to.
A living, changing source of information, sensation, history, pleasure, grief, boundaries, desire and possibility.
Somatic Sex Education gives us a place to slow down enough to become curious about that relationship.
Rather than telling you what your body should want, how your sexuality should look or what pleasure is supposed to feel like, we'll practice listening for what is true for you.
Sometimes that means exploring pleasure.
Sometimes boundaries.
Sometimes grief.
Sometimes rest.
Sometimes gender.
Sometimes desire.
Sometimes it's about learning how to say no.
Sometimes it's discovering an unexpected yes.
And sometimes it's simply practicing being with your body without asking it to become anything else.
Our sessions are shaped around your intentions, curiosities, boundaries, capacity and goals.
Practices might support you in:
✺ Feeling more connected to your body
Body awareness, sensation, grounding, breath, movement, rest and learning to recognize your body's cues.
✺ Exploring pleasure + sensation
Pleasure mapping, self-touch, breath, movement, sound, sensory exploration and expanding your definition of what pleasure can be.
✺ Getting to know your desires
Exploring wants, fantasies, turn-ons, kink, erotic communication and the beautiful territory of I don't know yet.
✺ Practicing boundaries + consent
Learning what yes, no, maybe, more, less, stop and not yet feel like in your body - and practicing communicating them.
✺ Receiving without performing
Experimenting with care, attention, pleasure and support without needing to earn it, reciprocate immediately or make anything happen.
✺ Building a relationship with your genitals + pelvis
Anatomy education, pelvic awareness, genital mapping, gender exploration and compassionate curiosity toward parts of yourself that may carry complexity, dysphoria or shame.
✺ Exploring your erotic self
Mindful erotic practice, masturbation coaching, fantasy, kink, erotic creativity and finding expressions of your erotic power that actually feel authentic to you.
✺ Resting, playing + expressing
Movement, sound, creative practices, facilitated rest, body poetry, imagination, nature connection and learning what helps you feel more alive and more yourself.
There is no set curriculum.
We choose together.
What Can We Explore Together?
Relationship takes time.
So does trust.
I invite new clients into an initial container of:
6 Biweekly Sessions
approximately 3 months together
This gives us space to build relationship, explore different practices, integrate what you're discovering into your everyday life and follow the questions that emerge along the way.
Your sessions don't exist in isolation.
What happens between them matters, too.
You might notice yourself setting a boundary differently.
Touching yourself differently.
Resting without immediately explaining why.
Recognizing desire before overriding it.
Feeling a delightful sensation.
Changing your mind.
Asking for something.
Saying no.
We bring those discoveries back into the room and let them inform where we go next.
This collaboration is an on-going practice, not a quick fix.
Why we begin with three months?
Toward the end of our first six sessions, we'll pause together.
We'll ask:
What's changing?
What's still tender?
What's becoming possible?
What are you curious about now?
And most importantly:
Does continuing our work together still feel alive and supportive?
From there, you can choose to:
Continue
Remain in my practice with ongoing biweekly sessions.
Pause
Take time to integrate and return if or when another season of support feels right.
Complete
Intentionally close our work together and honor what you're taking with you.
And then?

My Approach:
Your erotic life does not exist separately from the rest of your humanity.
Our bodies carry relationships with gender, race, disability, neurodivergence, culture, ancestry, land, power, grief, survival, creativity and belonging.
My practice is trauma-responsive and rooted in queer + trans liberation, disability justice, transformative justice, pleasure activism and an ecosomatic understanding that our bodies are not machines existing separately from the living world.
I am committed to practices of:
agency
interdependence
collective access
recognizing wholeness
intersectionality
consent
curiosity
collective liberation
You are the expert on your own experience.
My role is not to tell your body what is true.
My role is to accompany you as we get curious enough to listen.
